I feel it today

  • Slept in a bit and woke up sore after the downhill biking

  • Finished Where the Crawdads Sing 

  • Did a load of laundry and tidied up the camper

  • Drove to Brackendale and Squamish to check it out, but we were feeling a little too sluggish to do much

  • Stopped at the post office to mail our wedding thanks 

  • Walked a sandy trail along the Squamish River at Fisherman’s Park - though we didn’t see anyone fishing; people were just sunbathing in sandy spots along the bank 

  • Stopped off at the Squamish marina and heard a pack of noisy coyotes on the other side of the river 

  • Went back to Alpha Lake and Oslo went dock diving for balls and sticks along with the rest of the golden retrievers and labs at the park; the water was a bit too cold for us to swim 

  • Went back to camp for burgers and a Mediterranean salad
